Trust - Investment objectives
This product is for investors seeking solid growth in capital and
income over a 3 to 5 year time horizon. The Trust has a 65% benchmark
exposure to growth assets such as shares.
The investment objectives for the CCI Investment Management
Catholic Values Trust are to:
1. Achieve superior investment returns over the medium to long term, subject to
constraints aimed at containing fluctuations in returns over shorter
periods within acceptable limits.
2. To earn returns after tax and fees that exceed CPI increases
by at least 3% pa over rolling 3 and 5 year periods.
3. To achieve a return (after investment manager fees) that exceeds the notional
return on the benchmark portfolio over rolling 3 and 5 year periods.
4. To invest in accordance with Catholic Values Trust Investment
Policies to reflect consistency with the teachings and values of
the Church and which incorporate negative positive and neutral screenings.
5. To manage and monitor the Fund Managers of the CCIIM Catholic
Values Trust ensuring compliance with socially responsible investment
policies and to report regularly to CCIIM unit holders.
Any investment in this product should be viewed as an investment
with a long term investment horizon ie: for at least five years.
